Welcome to ACME Locksmith. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any interactions with ACME Locksmith, including scheduling, purchasing, or requesting any locksmith-related work. By using our site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms in full.


1. Services Provided

ACME Locksmith provides residential, commercial, automotive, and safe & vault locksmith services. We strive to deliver prompt, reliable, and professional assistance, including on-site visits, in-store service, and emergency support.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion without notice.


2. Pricing & Estimates

All pricing shown online or quoted over the phone is subject to confirmation upon inspection. Pricing may vary based on service location, time of day, lock condition, and hardware requirements.

We provide “Not-to-Exceed” quotes where possible, but unforeseen complications may result in additional charges. If this occurs, you will be notified before work continues.


3. Payments

Payment is due immediately upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not automatically extend terms to businesses we serve. Major credit/debit cards are the preferred form of payment. We do not accept personal checks.

Past due balances may result in service refusal, late fees, or collections action.


4. Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Online Prepaid Appointments: Appointments booked and paid for through our website must be cancelled at least 24 business hours in advance to receive a refund. No exceptions will be made once this window has passed.

All Other Appointments: Cancellations must be made before a technician is dispatched (enroute). Once a driver is enroute, a service call fee may be charged. This fee is non-refundable but may be credited toward a rescheduled appointment at our discretion.


5. Warranty

ACME Locksmith offers a 1-year workmanship warranty on labor for standard installations and rekeys. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and hardware. Warranty does not cover user damage, weather exposure, or attempted repairs by others.


6. Service Limitations

ACME Locksmith is not responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from worn, defective, or failing locks, doors, frames, or associated components.
  • Safe openings that result in cosmetic or structural damage, when performed with customer approval.
  • Losses related to delayed service due to high demand, weather, traffic, or emergencies.

7. Emergency Services

While we strive for fast response, emergency service arrival times may vary. ACME Locksmith makes no guarantee of exact response time unless otherwise stated in writing.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials on this website are the property of ACME Locksmith and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.


9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to this policy.
